Powerblock Sport Series
TRAINING OR ALL LEVELS
The PowerBlock consists of a number of weight elements each with a heavier mass, that fit together and are clicked together with a sturdy pin system. This pin is attached with a strong elastic to the middle part of the nest of weights. Several elements can be combined to the desired weight and with the double pins these weights are attached to the handle. The only thing you have to do is to lift the chosen weight with the handgrip and start your exercises. How easy can exercising be!
01 | Weight Stacks
Welded solid steel construction. Powder-coated finish.
02 | Handle
An open design of the handle allows for increased range of motion. Comfortable contoured rubber grip.
03 | Side Rails
Bands on the side rails show the weight of the dumbbell selected with the pin. The pin covers the band/rail that’s been selected to easily show what the weight is. Some models use color charts on the handle to coordinate with the color band on the rail.
04 | Auto Lock
EXP models have an ‘Auto-Lock’ to make micro adjustments by reducing the handle weight by 2.5 or 5 lbs. The two 2.5 lbs. inside the tubes at the base of the handle can be removed by pulling on the lever. Tilt the handle back so the inner weights don’t spill-out, then gradually tip the handle forward to remove the weights. Manually close the lever or insert the handle in the weight stack to close automatically.
05 | Selector Pin
Simple and efficient. Insert the magnetic polypropylene pin into the slot to select the 225 kg max load.

Expandable
The expandable models (EXP) start at 20.7 kg (50 lbs.) per dumbbell and can then be expanded with 2 kits. A kit adds 9 kg (20 lbs.) to each dumbbell.
For the modular PowerBlock Pro sets, these are the following models: the Pro EXP Set 5-50 can be supplemented with the Pro EXP 50-70 and the Pro 70-90 can be supplemented with the Pro 70-90 to the full range of weights. This is a great option for anyone who wants their set to grow with them.
